Known
as the resting place of the Fianna, Fossa has attracted settlers
since ancient times. Its location on
the shores of Loch Léin has provided a beautiful backdrop
for generations of families to raise children, work the land, and
create a vibrant and thriving community.
This history of Fossa is organized according to its ten Station
districts, a decision inspired by the strong tradition of the Stations
in the
area. Neighbourliness has always been a key focus of the Stations,
and it is also something that distinguishes the people of Fossa.
